📝 Required Documents for Admission

To ensure a smooth and efficient admission process, Chaman Vatika requires all prospective students to submit the following documents. Please ensure that all documents are complete and submitted within the stipulated time frame, as failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission without any fee refund.

📜 1. Birth Certificate

A certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate as proof of age.

🏫 2. Last Class Passing Certificate

Evidence of successfully passing the last class attended or proof of promotion to the present class.

🔄 3. Transfer Certificate

• The original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, which must be a recognized institution affiliated with either the All India Board or a State Board of Education.

• If transferring from another state, the TC must be signed by the District Education Officer (DEO).

💉 4. Medical Certificate

A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor indicating:

• The student's vaccination/immunization record.

• Any existing ailments or health conditions that the school should be aware of.

📸 5. Photographs

• 4 passport-size photographs of the student.

• 2 passport-size photographs of each parent/guardian.

🏠 6. Proof of Residence

A proof of residence for the student, such as:

• Ration card

• Voter ID

• Passport

👨‍👩‍👧 7. Parental Documents (if applicable)

• In case of adoption, parents must provide an attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority.

• In case of divorce/separation, the parent admitting the child must provide a custody certificate issued by the relevant legal authority.

🆔 8. Aadhaar Cards

• Aadhaar cards of both the student and the parents/guardians.

💳 9. PAN Card of Parents

A copy of the PAN card of both parents.

🌍 10. For Foreign Nationals

• Valid Student Visa and passport with a minimum of 6 months validity.

🌏 11. For NRI Students

• Valid Passport and OCI certificate.

📜 12. Additional Documents

• Registration Slip/AIU Certificate.

• Copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable).

All documents must be submitted on or before the designated deadline. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the admission process. Please ensure that the documentation is complete to avoid any inconvenience.
