At Chaman Vatika, our daily schedule is thoughtfully crafted to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the ancient Gurukul tradition, our routine emphasizes holistic development, self-discipline, and a deep connection to our cultural heritage.

  • 5:00 AM – Wake Up: Students rise early to embrace the day with energy and purpose.

  • 5:15 AM – Freshen Up: A brief period to freshen up and prepare for the morning activities.

  • 5:30 AM – Yoga & Meditation: Engage in 10–15 minutes of yoga and meditation to center the mind and body.

  • 6:00 AM – Breakfast: A wholesome meal to fuel the day ahead.

  • 6:30 AM – School Commencement: Classes begin, focusing on academic excellence and personal growth.

  • 10:00–10:15 AM – Refreshment Break: A short pause to recharge with light refreshments.

  • 10:15 AM – 12:30 PM – Study Time: Dedicated periods for focused academic learning.

  • 12:30–1:30 PM – Lunch: A nutritious meal to replenish energy levels.

  • 4:00–4:20 PM – Laundry & Tuck Time: Students manage personal laundry and enjoy a 20-minute tuck break, as per prior bookings.

  • 4:20–5:45 PM – Preparation Time: Students prepare for evening activities, Homework and study sessions.

  • 5:45–7:00 PM – Ground Time: Engage in physical activities, sports, or games to promote physical fitness.

  • 7:00–7:15 PM – Sandhya Vandan: A 15-minute session of evening prayers and reflection.

  • 7:15–7:45 PM – Dinner: A balanced meal to conclude the day's nourishment.
