🎓 Admissions Open for Classes VI Onwards

We are pleased to announce that admissions are now open for students seeking enrollment in Classes VI and onwards at Chaman Vatika. Please read the following important information regarding eligibility and the admission process.

📅 Age Eligibility (As on 1st April of the Academic Session)

• Admission to each class is based on the age of the student as on 31st March of the year of admission.

• For example, to be eligible for admission to Class VI, the student must be 11 years old by 31st March.

• Subsequent classes will have corresponding minimum age requirements.

⚠️ Admission Process

• Mere registration does not guarantee admission to Chaman Vatika. Admission is subject to the availability of seats, fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, and submission of all required documents.

• All admissions up to Class VIII are provisional.

• Admissions to Class IX and onwards will be governed by the CBSE rules and regulations.

🩺 Medical Certificate

At the time of admission, parents/guardians must submit a medical form provided by the school, duly filled by a licensed and authorized doctor.

📜 True Information

• The information provided in the Registration Form and other supporting documents, including name, date of birth, Aadhaar card, etc., must be accurate.

• This information will remain valid throughout the student’s tenure at Chaman Vatika.

• Any discrepancy, false statement, or misrepresentation of facts discovered later will result in the dismissal of the student from the school.

• Once admission fees are paid, they are non-refundable under any circumstances.
